Dr. Apfel received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Apfel is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has also volunteered with Chai Lifeline and Hatzolah of Washington Heights in New York City.
