Dr. Overby has worked as a pediatric neurology hospitalist since 2009. He is also board certified in epilepsy.

He is the Director of the Inpatient Pediatric Neurology Service at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society.

Dr. Overby is originally from Minnesota. He very much enjoys working at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital. It is a children's hospital that reminds him of midwestern hospitals: where academic medical centers are also closely tied to the community. He is dedicated to working closely with other physicians to bring specialized care to the children of the Hudson Valley. Dr. Overby also enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.

He, his wife, and his children enjoy life and the outdoors in the Hudson Valley.
