Rebecca Wachter

Dr. Rebecca Wachter grew up in Westchester, NY. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience. She then earned her Masters in Medical Sciences from Boston University, and completed an Intramural Research Training Fellowship at the NIH.  Dr. Wachter earned her MD degree from New York Medical College, and completed her pediatric training at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Dr. Wachter lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.  She feels very lucky to care for children from their first newborn visit all the way through young adulthood, with a goal of keeping kids healthy and happy throughout their formative years.
