Carly Slater

Dr. Slater grew up in Hastings on Hudson, NY. She earned her undergraduate degree at Columbia University and her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She also earned a Master of Arts in Italian Literary Studies through Middlebury College and the University of Florence, Italy, and a Master of Science in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University.

Dr. Slater has experience caring for children of all ages. She cares deeply for patients and their families, and looks to improve the patient experience navigating the healthcare system. She has a particular interest in mental health care. Additionally, she is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
