
Paulina Minucci, LMHC obtained her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY New Paltz. Prior to becoming a LMHC, she worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant with Boston Children's Health Physicians. In the Behavioral Health Consultant role, Paulina worked alongside our physicians to provide comprehensive behavioral health care. She has supported our patients of all ages with a wide range of life challenges.
Paulina’s expertise lies in working with children and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, life transitions, self-esteem and interpersonal challenges. Paulina believes therapy should be an individualized process which is why she adopts an eclectic approach and feels comfortable utilizing different interventions from different evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and play therapy.
