Taija Gjeci

Taija Gjeci is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience. She later earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Dominican University, receiving departmental honors in both programs. 

She has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner for several years, specializing in pediatrics. She previously had nursing experience at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Taija also is an adjunct professor at a local University. With a strong passion for children’s health, she continues to develop and deliver evidence-based practice to her patients and their families from birth to young adulthood.

In her spare time, Taija enjoys traveling with her husband and their three children, spending time outdoors and at the beach, gardening, caring for their dog, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and making memories with family and friends
