
Dr. Keselman earned his undergraduate degree from New York University in 2015, followed by a medical degree from Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in 2019. He completed his Child Neurology residency at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 2024, and most recently, finished a fellowship in Pediatric Neuromuscular Medicine with a additional specialized training in gene therapy at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 2025.
Dr. Keselman’s clinical interests include neuromuscular disorders, including by not limited to Duchenne muscular dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, and myasthenia gravis. He has expertise in electrodiagnostics such as nerve conduction studies and electromyography (NCS/EMG) as well as muscle ultrasound. He has developed a special interest in the clinical application of adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector gene therapy. Additionally, he is actively involved in committees in the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) and the Journal of Child Neurology.
Outside of work, Dr. Keselman enjoys flying small planes as a member of regional flying clubs and the Civil Air Patrol, which he uses to fly his family and large dogs for recreation. He also enjoys traveling and learning other languages.
