Dr. Carpenter completed her medical degree from Touro College in 2019 and her residency at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital in 2022. Most recently, she completed her fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School.

Dr. Carpenter has a special interest in food allergies and how they affect daily life. Her current research focuses on improving how we assess food allergies and studying their impact in underserved communities.

Outside of work, Dr. Carpenter enjoys hiking, reading, and baking.
