Sarah Green

Sarah Green is a family nurse practitioner who is board-certified and holds a master's degree in nursing from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She has extensive experience in medical oncology and critical care, but she has recently shifted her focus toward pediatric primary care. Sarah is currently pursuing her doctorate at Upstate Medical University with a strong interest in researching adolescent depression, a topic she is deeply passionate about. Originally from the Finger Lakes region, Sarah resides in the Hudson Valley with her husband and children. As a member of the BCHP team, she is dedicated to providing exceptional care to you and your family.
