Our lines are always open to you. Call us when you are worried, need advice or have an emergency. Calls involve giving a description of the problem to the office staff or answering service. A physician or nurse practitioner will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. If you feel you are dealing with an emergency, please make that clear to whomever you speak. If we feel an appointment is necessary, we will advise you of that and an appropriate appointment will be made for you.
Telephone Hours

After Office Hours
Call our Answering Service (845-838-6502)
If your child requires medical attention after hours, one of our physicians or pediatric nurse practitioner is always on call. We never turn the call over to another office. To reach us, call the answering service at 845-838-6502, and someone should return your call within the half hour. Please, wait until we get back to you, and avoid emergency rooms. Not only is it usually unnecessary, but it is frightening to your child. The telephone call is a service to determine if your child is safe or in need of immediate attention. On occasion, technical problems beyond our control interfere with a timely response. If we do not return your call within the half hour, call us again. Please call during regular business hours whenever possible for appointments, prescription renewals, insurance and billing questions. However, for all emergencies we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Someone you know and someone who knows your child will always get back to you in a timely manner. If you need to cancel an appointment or leave a message for one of our staff, you may leave a message with our answering service.
