Dr. Beyer, MD, FAAP, grew up in a small Massachusetts town on a Black Angus cattle farm. She graduated from Smith College with a BA in biology, and then worked for two years in a cell biology research lab at Rockefeller University in New York City. She graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed her pediatric training at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified by the America Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Beyer lives in Warwick, N.Y., with her husband and has three grown children, including twins. She loves all aspects of pediatrics, especially watching children and their families grow and change.
