Louise Jovino

Louise Jovino, DO, FAAP., joined Bardonia Pediatrics in May 2012. Prior to joining the practice she was in private practice in Nyack, NY for 14 years. She was raised in Rockland County and received her medical degree from The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY and completed a one year rotating internship at The Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her pediatric residency at Schneider Children’s Hospital in New Hyde Park, NY, as well as an additional year as Chief Resident. Just after graduation she worked as a Pediatric attending at Queens Hospital Center in Vauxhall, NJ. It was there that she taught pediatric residents from Overlook Hospital and received Teacher of the Year Award.
