Jaden Bjaelker

Jaden Bjaelker is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and obtained her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She is experienced in working with children as young as 4 years of age, adolescents, and young adults for both individual and family counseling. She specializes in the treatment of those experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, ADHD, and providing support to LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse clients. She enjoys working with the neurodivergent population, including autism spectrum disorder and individuals with developmental delays.

Jaden utilizes evidence-based modalities of treatment including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems therapy (IFS). Jaden encourages a collaborative therapeutic environment and values communication in order to ensure quality care. She currently sees client's ages 10+ and offers both in-person and virtual sessions.

In her free time she likes to collect trinkets, watch the Yankees, create art, drink chai tea lattes, and hang out with her friends and family!
