Cesar Villaflor

Dr. Villaflor is a board- certified pediatrician with over 20 years experience. He obtained his medical degree from the Cebu institute of Medicine in the Philippines. He obtained the title of Diplomate in Pediatrics by the Philippine Pediatric Society. He migrated to the USA and completed his residency in Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Villaflor has lived and worked in the Poughkeepsie area for over 10 years. Dr. Villaflor is devoted to his wife and two children and is actively involved with missionary work through his church, in addition to giving free medical services doing medical missions to poor children in the Philippines.
