Professional History
Laura graduated from Columbia University in 1990 with a Master’s degree in Pediatric Primary Care. She worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in several practices in Orange County with the longest being 19 years as a member of Partners in Pediatrics in Monroe before making the
decision to join Pediatric Arts of Monroe in the Fall of 2019.
Laura and her husband raised their 3 daughters in Cornwall and now live in New Windsor. She loves the Hudson Valley, and in her spare time, enjoys reading, hiking, listening to music, and spending time with family. She also enjoys traveling to visit her eldest daughter in Colorado, and is expecting her first grandchild.
Laura loves being part of the team at Pediatric Arts of Monroe and is thankful for the many wonderful families she gets to serve.
The best part of working in pediatrics is developing long term relationships with children and families and watching children grow, just like I have watched my own. Each age and stage of development has its joys and challenges and I love to assist families to navigate through them.
