Dania Francis

Dania Francis, MSN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with experience in urgent care, pediatrics, allergy/immunology, and post-surgery care. She previously worked at Caremount Medical as a registered nurse in urgent care, where she treated both children and adults in a fast-paced setting. She also helped manage pediatric and allergy/immunology care, overseeing daily operations, staff training, and patient care. 

Dania has also worked as a pediatric triage nurse at Westmed Medical Group and as a charge nurse in the post-surgery unit at the Hospital for Special Surgery. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University and is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and pediatric nurse. She is also a registered yoga teacher. Passionate about patient care, Dania has contributed to research and helped develop medical protocols to improve healthcare quality.
