
Dr. Ferrigno-Layton earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Adelphi University in, followed by a medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She completed her residency in general pediatrics at Goryeb Children’s Hospital, and most recently, finished a fellowship in adolescent medicine at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.
Dr. Ferrigno-Layton’s clinical interests include reproductive healthcare such as menstrual issues, gynecologic care, and contraception including LARC device placement, eating disorders, mental health, and gender affirming care. Additionally, she is actively involved in the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (NASPAG) and the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine (SAHM), previously serving on the executive board of the New York Regional Chapter.
Outside of work, Dr. Ferrigno-Layton enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and spoiling her dog and 3 cats.
