Ashley Armesto, LMSW, earned her Master's Degree in Social Work at The Silberman School of Social Work at
Hunter College. She is a bilingual social worker and dedicated mental health advocate passionate about serving
communities, breaking intergenerational cycles, and walking alongside clients throughout their therapeutic journeys. Ashley has experience working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. She provides individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment
disorders, social skills challenges, and interpersonal relationship conflicts.

Ashley strives to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences, identities, and strengths. Her therapeutic approach is empowerment-based, person-centered, and collaborative, fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients and their families can feel valued, grow, and heal.
Ashley is skilled in several evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Crisis Intervention.
