Shrema Parikh

Shrema Parikh, MD is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in pediatric hospital medicine and emergency care. She completed her medical degree at KJ Somaiya Medical College & Research Centre in Mumbai, India, and went on to complete her pediatric residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas. Previously, Dr. Parikh has served as a Pediatric Hospitalist and Pediatric Emergency Physician at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, where she provides care through the Boston Children’s network. She also holds an academic appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Brown University. 

Dr. Parikh is committed to quality improvement in pediatric care, with past initiatives focused on neonatal care and autism screening. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Hospital Medicine. In addition to English, she is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi, and has working proficiency in Spanish.
