Caitlin Dowling

Caitlin Dowling is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with a variety of mental health disorders. She attained her Master’s degree from New York University and specializes in treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. Caitlin works with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy.

Caitlin uses evidence-based treatment models and interventions to ensure quality care including play therapy,
cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, internal family systems therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Caitlin works through a goal-oriented, solution-focused lens to assist patients in regulating emotions, alleviating symptoms, and achieving treatment goals.

Caitlin will see patients at our Suffern office at 222 NY-59, Suite 303-B, Suffern NY 10901. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions.
