Kim Palmer is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her master’s degree from Columbia University and has specialized training in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Kim worked in private practice social work for 25 years. After a fulfilling career in individual and family therapy, Kim switched directions and co-created the Integrated Behavioral Health Program with Dr. Suzanne Kaseta. Kim is now the director of the Integrated Behavioral Health Program for BCHP. As director of Integrated Behavioral Health, Kim supervises the behavioral health consultants at our various primary care offices and works to continuously develop and improve the program. Kim firmly believes that mental and emotional health are part of a child’s health and should be addressed as part of the primary care practice. She looks forward to continuing to grow the IBH Program throughout our organization. Kim is married and has two college-aged children; she loves spending her down time at the beach and attending concerts.
