Why Choose BCHP Nutrition?

Our approach uses the lasted evidence-based science to create tailored nutrition plans that take into consideration each child’s needs as well as any family and cultural meal traditions.

Our goal is to provide the knowledge and tools that parents need to make informed decisions about their child's nutrition and establish lifelong healthy habits.

What Makes Us Unique?

Specialized pediatric nutrition expertise: Our team of registered dietitians has extensive expertise in pediatric nutrition.

Collaborative care approach: We work closely with other BCHP doctors on your child’s care to optimize their overall well-being. We jointly develop holistic care plans that address our patients’ medical and nutritional needs. This enhances the coordination of care while also creating a supportive network for families to make informed decisions about their child's nutritional health.

Personalized and comprehensive nutrition care: We recognize that every child is unique and has distinct nutritional needs, preferences, and medical conditions. Our personalized approach allows us to develop tailored nutrition plans that support optimal growth, development, and well-being.

Evidence-based practices and ongoing research: Our team continually evaluates the latest research and incorporates evidence-based practices into our patients’ care. Our team regularly evaluates the latest research through medical conferences to ensure that our patients receive the most effective and scientifically supported nutritional guidance available.

Emphasis on healthy habits: Beyond addressing immediate nutritional concerns, we focus on fostering healthy eating habits from an early age. We provide families with education, resources, and guidance to help them create a nourishing environment that promotes long-term well-being.

Flexibility: Our English- , Portuguese-, and Spanish- speaking staff is available to meet you in-person or virtually.

Access to the latest technology: Using non-invasive equipment like the InBody body composition measurement device, we’re able to better understand each child’s body fat as well as lean mass and overall weight. This information is useful for tracking each child’s progress.
