We’re so pleased to welcome your family to Scarsdale Pediatrics!
To become a patient of our office, please call 914-725-0800 and our front desk staff will help you get started and answer any initial questions you have.
At your child’s first visit, we’ll spend extra time learning all about their history and needs. We are committed to supporting healthy growth and development and building lasting relationships with our patients and their families along the way.
To help make your visit as smooth as possible, please bring:
- Your child’s health insurance card or insurance information
- A list of all medications your child is currently taking
- A list of any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss
- Copies of medical records from previous doctors
Virtual visits
Our patients can access virtual care visits (also called telemedicine or telehealth) with trusted primary care pediatricians using their smartphone, computer, or tablet. This makes it easy to connect to high quality care you can count on at BCHP, right from the comfort and convenience of home. Remote doctor visits are an appropriate option for routine follow up appointments and for medication management.
Online scheduling
We offer convenient online self-scheduling for annual well visits as well as same-day sick visits. If you do not see an appointment that works in our self-scheduling system, give us a call because we may have more options available. Online appointments can be scheduled here.
Well visit schedule
Below is the well visit schedule we recommend for all of our patients:
- Newborn visit: 1-2 days after discharge; please call the office on the day of your discharge.
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 2 years (24 months)
- 2.5 years (30 months)
- 3 years
- Yearly thereafter
Behavioral health
We understand the importance of addressing mental health concerns early, which is why we have integrated behavioral health services into many of our locations. Our on-site behavioral health consultant works together with our pediatricians to deliver on our whole-person approach to care.
Our behavioral health consultant is available for in-office appointments 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).
Vaccine information
We are strong advocates of vaccination and follow the AAP's immunization schedule. To learn more about the AAP recommended schedule, please see our resources page.
Vaccine clinics: During flu season, our vaccine clinics let you get in and out quickly. If you're up to date on your other vaccines, simply schedule a flu shot appointment at a time that works for you. With multiple days and times available each week, staying protected has never been more convenient.
