President
Allen J. Dozor, MD is the President of BCHP. He founded the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergy, Immunology, and Sleep Medicine at BCHP, Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and New York Medical College in 1985. Until recently, Dr. Dozor was also Director of the Armond V. Mascia, MD Cystic Fibrosis Center. He also founded and directed our fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology. He has served as the Associate Physician-In-Chief at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center since its inception. In 2008, he co-founded the Children’s Environmental Health Center of the Hudson Valley, which he has directed ever since.
Dr. Dozor completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and medical education at Pennsylvania State University. After his Residency in Pediatrics at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York, he completed a fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology and Respiratory Physiology at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) and Harvard School of Medicine. He joined the faculty and attending staff at BCH, where he served as an Attending in both Pediatric Pulmonology and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. In 1985, Dr. Dozor and his family moved to Westchester, New York, when he accepted the position of Chief of Pediatric Pulmonology at New York Medical College and Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Westchester Medical Center.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Villucci is an accomplished, visionary leader in the field of health care and has nearly 30 years of executive, operations and finance experience in hospitals, health systems and physician practice management. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has served as CEO of BCHP for over 11 years and has led the dramatic growth of the practice as well the transformation of its quality programs and infrastructure during his tenure. He has also served as a Senior Vice President at both Westchester Medical Center and Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center / Montefiore Health System.
Mr. Villucci, holds an MS in Health Services Administration from Iona College where he was awarded the achievement medal at commencement, a BS in Accounting from Fordham University where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi. He presented his Master’s Degree dissertation at the Fourth Annual Conference on Business and Ethics at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University, the proceeds of which were published by the Oxford University Press. He has further served on many boards and advisory boards related to health care, education and business, including the Westchester County Laboratory Board of Managers, the Archdiocese of New York Pension Board of Trustees and the Iona College Health Care Program Advisory Board.
Chief Medical Officer
Suzanne Kaseta, MD MMM CPE FAAP is BCHP’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Kaseta is board certified in Pediatrics and has 20 years of clinical experience as a general pediatrician. Dr. Kaseta has held several leadership positions including Chief Quality Officer for BCHP. She is the physician leader of Patient Centered Medical Home and Patient Centered Specialty Home transformation and Co-Chair of the Quality and Safety Oversight Committee. As a clinician, Dr. Kaseta worked to address the mental health as well as the physical health of children and adolescents and created the Integrated Behavioral Health Program at BCHP.
Dr. Kaseta earned her medical degree from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in NY and completed her residency, including chief residency, in Pediatrics at Montefiore and affiliated hospitals in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Kaseta completed her Master’s in Medical Management at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a Certified Physician Executive per the Certifying Commission in Medical Management, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College. Dr. Kaseta is listed as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

Mr. Shaw has enjoyed a distinguished career in health care administration spanning over 25 years. Prior to joining BCHP in 2012, he served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Westchester Medical Center, a 652-bed facility located in Valhalla, New York, for five and a half years. The facility includes the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Previously, Mr. Shaw spent 18 years at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in The Bronx, New York, where he held many roles, including Vice President of Ambulatory Care and Emergency Services and Chief Restructuring Officer.
Mr. Shaw holds an MBA in Management from Nyack College, a BS in Organizational Management from the same institution, and is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He has also been a New York State certified paramedic for over 30 years, holds numerous health care-related certifications, is a published author, and public speaker.
