Suzanne Kaseta, MD

Suzanne Kaseta, MD, MMM, CEP, FAAP, FAAPL, FACHE, is BCHP’s interim president. Dr. Kaseta joined BCHP as the lead physician at Washingtonville Pediatrics in 2011, where she amassed over 20 years of clinical and practice leadership experience. Dr. Kaseta’s tenure with BCHP has been marked by growth and innovation while maintaining the highest levels of support for our missions of quality, education, research and service to the communities that we care for. In 2015, Dr. Kaseta was appointed Chief Quality Officer, before being named BCHP’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in 2019.
Dr. Kaseta’s many accomplishments include her leadership of Patient Centered Medical Home and Patient Centered Specialty Home transformation across BCHP, which have resulted in 36 NCQA recognized PCMHs and 10 NCQA recognized PCSPs, the first such PCSPs in New York State. Dr. Kaseta is also Co-Chair of BCHP’s Quality and Safety Oversight Committee and oversees BCHP’s quality management program and patient safety program.
As a clinician, Dr. Kaseta was also dedicated to addressing the mental health as well as the physical health of children, adolescents and young adults and championed the creation of BCHPs Integrated Behavioral Health Program and the division of Mental Health and Wellness.
As CMO, Dr. Kaseta has also led BCHP’s provider (and staff) wellness program. In her leadership roles, Dr. Kaseta has mentored and collaborated with physician leaders throughout the organization, with the goal of developing a diverse pool of strong physician leaders and achieving key performance objectives.
Dr. Kaseta earned her medical degree from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in NY and completed her residency, including serving as chief resident, in Pediatrics at Montefiore and affiliated hospitals in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Kaseta completed her Master’s in Medical Management at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a Certified Physician Executive per the Certifying Commission in Medical Management, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College and is board certified in Healthcare Administration, Leadership, and Management by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Gerard Villucci, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Villucci is an accomplished, visionary leader in the field of health care and has nearly 30 years of executive, operations and finance experience in hospitals, health systems and physician practice management. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has served as CEO of BCHP for over 11 years and has led the dramatic growth of the practice as well the transformation of its quality programs and infrastructure during his tenure. He has also served as a Senior Vice President at both Westchester Medical Center and Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center / Montefiore Health System.
Mr. Villucci, holds an MS in Health Services Administration from Iona College where he was awarded the achievement medal at commencement, a BS in Accounting from Fordham University where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi. He presented his Master’s Degree dissertation at the Fourth Annual Conference on Business and Ethics at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University, the proceeds of which were published by the Oxford University Press. He has further served on many boards and advisory boards related to health care, education and business, including the Westchester County Laboratory Board of Managers, the Archdiocese of New York Pension Board of Trustees and the Iona College Health Care Program Advisory Board.
Robert Shaw

Mr. Shaw has enjoyed a distinguished career in health care administration spanning over 25 years. Prior to joining BCHP in 2012, he served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Westchester Medical Center, a 652-bed facility located in Valhalla, New York, for five and a half years. The facility includes the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Previously, Mr. Shaw spent 18 years at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in The Bronx, New York, where he held many roles, including Vice President of Ambulatory Care and Emergency Services and Chief Restructuring Officer.
Mr. Shaw holds an MBA in Management from Nyack College, a BS in Organizational Management from the same institution, and is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He has also been a New York State certified paramedic for over 30 years, holds numerous health care-related certifications, is a published author, and public speaker.
