Francesca has a degree in health psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University and a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She previously worked at Crossroads4Hope, a community-based organization, where she supported individuals diagnosed with cancer and their families. During her time at Barnard, she worked as a research assistant at New York State Psychiatric Institute where she studied mind-body interactions. Francesca employs a personalized, psychosocial approach to enhance mental health education, tackle social determinants of health, and deliver various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
