Welcome to Orangetown Pediatrics! We offer self-scheduling for New Patient Well Visits and New Patient Sick Visits. Please read the guidelines below to make sure your appointment is properly scheduled.
New Patient Well Visits
The scheduling module will only allow you to select 3 providers at a time so if you don’t see a time that works for your schedule, de-select and then re-select new providers.
The software will only allow you to schedule 60 days in advance.
Please schedule new well visit at least 366 days (1 year +1 day) from last well visit due to insurance reasons.
If you are scheduling siblings, please schedule consecutive appointments 30 minutes apart with the same provider. For example, a parent cannot be in Dr. Oberman’s exam room at 3:00 pm with your 3-year-old and in Dr. Cohen’s exam room with your 6-year-old at the same time.
Please call the office to schedule an appointment if your child is younger than 3 years old.
New Patient Sick Visits
Sick appointments are for your child’s simple health problems like sore throat, earache, cough, fever, rash, and common, straightforward health problems.
These appointments are only for children:
- over 6 months of age
- with one health problem
- who have had symptoms for fewer than three days
Babies under 6 months (because of their age), children with symptoms longer than 3 days, or those with existing conditions (such as asthma, headaches, chronic abdominal pain) require complex medical assessments and treatments and would be poorly served in these urgent care visits. For these cases, please call the office to schedule an appointment.
If you do not see availability when you need it, please call the office at 845-359-0010 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sick Visits: Immunizations records must be submitted to us prior to the appointment by clicking on the submit a form button below.
Well Visits: Immunizations records and a copy of the last well visit must be submitted to us prior to the appointment by clicking on the submit a form button below.
