Dr. Garnecho earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University, graduating summa cum laude, followed by her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatrics residency and served as Chief Resident at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. Most recently, she completed a fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Garnecho’s clinical interests include autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, infant behavioral concerns, and supporting families navigating complex developmental and behavioral diagnoses. Additionally, she is actively involved with the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Education Committee and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
