Alyssa Renz, MHC-LP, earned her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She has experience working with children and adolescents (ages 10 to 17) in outpatient private practice settings, as well as with adults (ages 18 to 45). Most recently, Alyssa served as mental health counselor, supporting clients through a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. She integrates evidence-based practices into her clinical work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, and Motivational Interviewing.
