Joseph McGann

Dr. Joseph McGann, or "Dr. Joe," is a Washingtonville native. He studied Biology at Wheaton College in Illinois and went to medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, NY. He completed his Pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. After completing residency, he stayed at Geisinger for an extra year as chief resident, where served as a general pediatrician, pediatric hospitalist, and newborn nursery physician. Dr. McGann is very happy to finally be serving his hometown as a part of Washingtonville Pediatrics.

Outside of the office, Dr. Joe loves hiking, biking, running, and trying new hobbies. He loves learning new things, exploring new places, cooking new recipes, and trying new flavors of ice cream. If you see him in office, he is always taking recommendations for interesting new ice cream flavors to try.
