Lisa Steccato, MSN, CPNP-PC, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican College, where she received the Departmental Honors Excellence in Clinical Practice Award, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University, specializing in Pediatric Primary Care with a concentration in Pediatric and Behavioral Health. With a rich background in nursing, she has served as a Lactation Consultant and Parent Educator at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ, as well as a Staff RN in Postpartum and Well Baby Nursery Units at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT. Lisa's experience also includes roles as a Staff RN in Pediatric Intensive Care Units at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, NY, and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY, and in the Infant/Toddler Ventilator Dependent Unit at Blythedale Children’s Hospital, also in Valhalla, NY. She holds licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State and as a Registered Nurse in NY, NJ, and CT, along with certification as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. Lisa is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the International Lactation Consultant Association.
