BCHP is extremely excited to announce that it has executed a group agreement with Northwell Direct Administrative Services Organization, Inc. (“NWDASO”) to participate in all Northwell Direct insurance plans, effective immediately. This includes the NWDASO Northwell Health Employee Plan, as well as the NWDASO Commercial Plans, and will include all BCHP primary care and specialty providers as tier one providers in the network.
We are pleased that NWDASO has recognized BCHP’s high-quality care and breadth of specialties and providers, along with the large catchment area we serve. While initially implemented as the health plan for Northwell employees, NWDASO has expanded in recent years and now provides direct-to-employer coverage, allowing employers to contract with NWDASO for their employee healthcare coverage.
